Maybe that's true, but there is very little in this book that is compelling or thought-provoking. The ending is unusual but also realistic and to the point .A rare thought provoking book probably better understood by those who have some knowledge of the French and their foibles and follies.. The story for me began at 60%the percentage complete as noted on my Kindle. It's a great read because while there's a storyline that runs through it, each chapter is kind of an individual story so you can put down the book for a while if you need to do so. I am going to do something a bit different here. There's no real agenda or underlying theme. This book stood out to me because I recognized the names of several contributors. The paper is thin and cheap-feeling, and the photos are atrocious. They could play simple songs in the first month of using it.. All great!!. Great!!. Shirley George Frazier's instructions are thorough, easy to understand and follow. Tarl Cabot goes to the Arctic ice pack and meets Eskimo type people.13.) Explorers -
