Leibovit covers almost all of the different volume indicators and it was nice to see this collection ni 1 place which offers trading setups for them. It is virtually impossible to read and teach yourself the complex inhalation/exhalation and movement patterns while actually performing them. As with his masterful novel about Spartacus, Fast takes his leftist sympathies and forges a portrayal of men and women of faith fighting a decadent oppressor. Naturally, she allows herself certain artistic freedoms, such as interpreting disputed aspects of the legends in a way that seems most plausible to her. This is not an easy read, in that it requires one to think and occasionally to do a little mental gymnastics to get one's head around the concepts she introduces, but nevertheless it's the kind of book that can be gulped down in large servings because Carey is skilled at explaining these high-faluti
