I have and would readily encourage people to read this book.. It's unusual for me to like the second book in a series MORE than the first book in a series, but this one is unbelievably good!I consider myself so fortunate that I got to read this book early, I honestly can't wait to read it again, and I NEVER want to read a book twice.The characters in this book will absolutely grab hold of you and shake your very being. Most of them you are using everyday, unfortunately mostly in a wrong manner. Unfortunately, this book contains a lot of fluff. He was referring to music but this definitely applies to the book industry as well - "Nowadays it's all about the glorification of violence and the degradation of women, and that's sad."I look forward to Shaka's next release.3.5 stars. The book title doesn't mention it (and I don't understand why), but this is actually a recipe book.The book is organized as a series of unrelated recipes, each one showing examples (source code with explanation) of how a particular visualisation can be acomplished using JavaScript and usually some ready-made visualisation library. Within this novel Ms. Buck paints the portrait of a poor woman living in a remote village whose joys are few and hardships are many. As the ancient traditions, which she bases her philosophies upon, begin to collide with the new ideals of the communist era, this peasant woman must find a balance between them and deal with the consequences.
