Looking forward to reading the next installment.. Shirley George Frazier's instructions are thorough, easy to understand and follow. Well I changed lifestyle (more fresh food, cut out processed) and happy to say I am off insulin, statins and BP meds and have cut the oral meds in half. I guess there are, after all, millions of books and only so many Amazon employees. It's okay. They're both sent on a mission to New Orleans, but Jean-Baptiste plans to keep her out of the loop. This one instead further explores the wishes of Ayana as well as the limits of Hayate and if she will let friendship stand in the way or her bond with her sister in arms.This volume succeeds in being even more hilarious than the first. As always in her books there are obstacles to overcome, emotions to be explored and resolved. Her "tips" are an added feature that distinguishes her book from so many others. I feel like the book it a little predictable only because of all the attention the Holocaust has rightfully received. It's a great read because while there's a storyline that runs through it, each chapter is kind of an individual story so you can put down the book for a while if you need to do so.
