When I opened the package, right away it was old water damage that SEALED ALL THE PAGES TOGETHER!. I finished reading the book within 3 hours and it is well worth spending the money and gives sound advice. I think God has now freed me from those effects. And other than the heightened awareness of posture that mat Pilates naturally creates, I found little other than a short discussion about seated posture that actually merits the "Wherever You Are" slant..
